Pineapple Glazed Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb) fully-cooked whole boneless ham, at room temperature
    1/2 cup pineapple or orange preserves
    2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    2 tsp chopped garlic
    1/2 tsp orange zest
    6 oz pineapple juice
    1/4 cup dark brown sugar
    None None orange slices, cinnamon sticks and fresh herbs, to garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Place ham on a foil-lined baking tray.
    In a small saucepan, combine preserves, mustard, garlic, orange zest, pineapple juice and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and cook until reduced to 3/4 cup, stirring occasionally. Season. Brush over ham and bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Brush with pan juices.
    Slice and arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with orange slices, cinnamon sticks and fresh herbs.
