Peaches With Honey Oat Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (16 oz each) peach slices in natural juice, drained
    2 tsp finely grated lemon peel
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    3 tbsp cold butter, chopped
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup flour
    3/4 cup rolled oats
    1/3 cup shelled pistachio kernels, coarsely chopped
    None None Powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish.
    Pat peaches dry with paper towels. Combine the peaches, lemon peel and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Spoon the mixture into a prepared dish.
    In a medium bowl, using your fingertips, rub the butter, honey, flour, oats and pistachios together until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the peach mixture.
    Bake for 25 mins, or until the topping is golden and the fruit is heated through. Let stand for 5 mins.
    Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
