Chicken Kebabs With Blood Orange - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 None medium blood oranges, segmented and finely chopped, 2 tsp zest and 1 tbsp juice reserved
8 None chicken tenderloins
1 tbsp Moroccan seasoning
3 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1/4 cup finely chopped toasted unsalted pistachios
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 pinch chili powder
Preparation

Combine chicken, seasoning mix and orange zest in a medium bowl. Season. Thread chicken onto 8 bamboo skewers.
Oil a grill plate, broiler or grill. Grill chicken until cooked through.
Combine orange juice and flesh with remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Season to taste.
Serve kebabs with orange mixture.
