Exotic Sorbet Sundaes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup coconut milk
    1/4 cup sugar
    None None Zest of 1 lime
    4 None scoops mango sorbet
    4 None scoops raspberry or strawberry sorbet
    1 None peach, pitted and chopped
    1 None banana, thinly sliced
    1/2 None mango, peeled, pitted and sliced
Preparation
    Mix together the coconut milk, sugar and most of the lime zest. Divide the mixture among four dessert glasses, then top each with a scoop of the mango and the berry sorbet. Sprinkle some peach, banana and mango pieces onto each and garnish with the remaining lime zest.
