Basanti Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    0/5 tea spoon black pepper powder
    0/5 tea spoon red pepper powder
    1 pinch salt
    0/5 tea spoon ginger powder
    0/5 tea spoon cinnamon powder
    1 pinch garlic powder
    2 cup liquid oil
    3 about big skinned fresh potatoes
Preparation
    Cut the potatoes onto a board for smallest size of strips.
    Mix them into a bowl with all the ingredients, except than oil.
    Next heat the oil in a medium pan until a bit it would smoke.
    Throw half of the potatoes to fry.
    Stir the potatoes until it turns to golden color.
    drag them out.Lay them on a plate which already you have spread a piece of towel napkin, to be dragged from excess oil.
    Now fry and treat as the same previous way with the half kept potatoes.
