Spicy Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb rye bread, soaked in water
    3/4 lb spring onions, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp set aside for garnish
    2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    4 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1/4 lb wholegrain mustard
    1/2 lb spicy tomato salsa
    3 None eggs
    3 tsp salt
    3 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Squeeze out the bread and place in a bowl along with all the other ingredients. Mix well and shape with your hands into a rectangular loaf. Wrap loosely in aluminum foil, place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 50 mins. Carefully remove the kitchen foil and return to the oven for 40 mins. Garnish with the reserved spring onions to serve.
