Wilted Kale With Shallots And Pine Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None medium shallots, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    8 cups kale, washed, chopped into bite-sized pieces
    1/2 cup diced radish
    2 tbsp pine nuts
    1 tsp lemon zest
    2 tsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
Preparation
    Coat a skillet with cooking spray. Cook shallots and garlic over medium heat for 1 min. Add kale and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 min, or until bright green and slightly wilted. Add radish, pine nuts, lemon zest and rosemary and toss to combine. Season. Serve immediately.
