Creamy Broccolini Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz rotini
    1 bunch broccolini, coarsely chopped
    3 tbsp butter
    7 oz speck, chopped (can substitute bacon)
    1 None large onion, cut into wedges
    1 None long red chili, sliced
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    1 None lemon, juiced
    2 tbsp dill, large stems discarded
    None None Shaved Parmesan, to serve
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package instructions, adding broccolini 1 minute before end of cooking time. Drain well.
    In large saucepan, melt butter on medium heat. Fry speck and onion 4-5 minutes, until golden and crisp. Add chili and cook another 1-2 minutes. Add cream and lemon juice. Simmer 1-2 minutes, until mixture thickens slightly.
    Add pasta and broccolini to sauce with dill, tossing to coat. Season to taste and serve with shaved Parmesan.
