8 tbsp (1 stick) plus 1 tsp butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 None egg
3/4 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup passionfruit yogurt
1 cup whole wheat self-rising flour
1 cup white self-rising flour
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 None passionfruit, pulp scooped out

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a deep 8-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
Beat 8 tbsp butter and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat until combined. Stir in the banana, walnuts and yogurt. Fold in the sifted flours. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for about 1 hour until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
For the passionfruit icing, sift the powdered sugar into a medium heatproof bowl. Stir in 1 tsp butter and enough passionfruit pulp to make a stiff paste. Stir over a saucepan of simmering water until the icing is spreadable. Spread the top of the cooled cake with the icing.
