Baked Tortellini With Ham And Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None butter or oil for greasing
    1 2/3 cups heavy cream
    2/3 cup lowfat milk
    5 oz cream cheese with herbs
    5 oz Cheddar, grated
    1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
    28 oz fresh spinach and ricotta tortellini
    7 oz ham, cut into strips
    1 1/4 lb zucchini, halved lengthways and sliced
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Grease a casserole dish. In a bowl, mix the cream, milk, cream cheese and Cheddar. Season with salt and a pinch of nutmeg.
    Stir in the tortellini, ham, and zucchini, and spread in the casserole. Bake for 30 mins, until browned and bubbling.
