Plum, Apple And Blackberry Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lbs plums, halved and stones removed
    1 large cooking apple, peeled, cored and chopped
    1 None cinnamon stick
    1/2 cup sugar
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup rolled oats
    7 tbsp butter, softened
    1/3 lb blackberries
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Place the plums, apple, cinnamon stick, 1 tbsp of the sugar and 1 cup water in a large saucepan. Cook over low heat for 10-15 mins until the fruit is just tender. Meanwhile, to make the crumble, mix the flour, oats and remaining sugar in a bowl. Add the butter and rub into the mixture with your fingertips to make coarse crumbs.
    Stir the blackberries into the cooked fruit and transfer to a large, shallow ovenproof dish, discarding the cinnamon stick. Scatter the crumble mixture on top and bake for 25-30 mins until the topping is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
