Calvados Apple Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup Calvados
    1/4 cup clear apple juice
    1 None small piece red-skinned apple or fresh cranberry
    2 tbsp sparkling wine, chilled
Preparation
    Pour the Calvados and apple juice into a tall, chilled champagne flute. Skewer the apple piece or cranberry onto a toothpick and place in the glass. Pour in the chilled sparkling wine and serve immediately.
