Mocha Brownie Sundae - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz white chocolate, chopped
    2 tbsp heavy cream
    4 None prepared brownies, cubed
    4 None large scoops rocky road ice cream
    2/3 cup hot espresso coffee
Preparation
    Place the white chocolate and cream in a small saucepan on low heat. Cook and stir until the chocolate is melted.
    Divide the brownies among 4 serving dishes. Drizzle with the white chocolate sauce. Top with the ice cream. Pour hot coffee over the top. Serve immediately.
