Sour Cream With Almonds, Dried Apricots And Parsley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup almonds, coarsely chopped
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup dried apricots, coarsely chopped
    2 sprigs parsley, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Heat a dry skillet on medium heat. Add the almonds and roast until golden. Remove and allow to cool.
    Place the sour cream in a medium bowl Stir in the almonds, apricots and parsley.
