Vampi-Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 None egg
    2 tbsp breadcrumbs
    1 pinch paprika
    1 None medium onion, peeled and chopped finely
    2-3 tbsp oil
    4 None hamburger buns
    4-6 tbsp mayonnaise
    1/2 lb tomatoes, sliced
    None None sliced pickles
    4 leaves lettuce
    48 None sliced almonds
    4 None mini mozzarella balls
    None None thick ketchup
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 300\u00b0F.
    Mix the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika and onion. Season the mixture and mix well then divide into 4 patties. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the patties for 3-4 mins on each side. Meanwhile, put the burger buns cut side down on a baking sheet and toast them for about 5 mins.
    Spread the top buns with mayonnaise and put up to 8 slices of pickles and a couple tomato slices on top. Stick some almonds around the edges of both the top and bottom buns as \"teeth.\" Place the burgers on the bottom buns then put thick ketchup (as \"blood\") on the burgers. Press down the top halves of the buns so that the ketchup oozes between the teeth. Cut the mozzarella balls in half and make \"eyes\" on top of the burger. Serve the \"Vampi-burgers\" with lettuce on a platter.
