Shrimp, Radish And Cucumber Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz small cooked shrimp
    2 tsp chopped dill
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None Finely grated zest of 1 lemon, plus 1 tbsp juice
    4 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tbsp tomato ketchup
    2 tsp brandy
    1/2 small cucumber, de-seeded and diced
    6 None radishes, diced
    None None Breadsticks,to serve
    None None Lemon slice, quartered and dill sprigs, to garnish
Preparation
    Combine the shrimp, dill, olive oil, lemon zest, and juice and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
    In a separate bowl mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, brandy and a pinch of salt.
    Layer the shrimp mixture, cucumber, radishes, and mayonnaise in small glasses. Serve garnished with grissini sticks, the lemon pieces and sprigs of dill.
