Steak Caprese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp canola oil
    8 - 3.5 oz steaks
    1/3 cup store-bought pesto
    2 None medium tomatoes, each cut into 8 slices
    1/2 lb mozzarella, cut into 16 slices
    None None fresh basil, for garnish
    None None sliced ciabatta, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over high heat, season steaks then sear for 4 mins, turning. Brush steaks with pesto, top each with 2 slices tomato and 2 slices mozzarella. Roast for 5 mins. Garnish with basil and serve with ciabatta.
