French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None eggs
    1/2 cup light cream
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, melted
    8 None thick slices white bread
    2 tbsp powdered sugar
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    None None Blueberries, to serve
Preparation
    Whisk eggs in a medium bowl. Add cream, milk, cinnamon and granulated sugar; whisk until combined.
    Heat 2 tbsp of the butter in a medium skillet on medium heat. Dip 2 bread slices into egg mixture, one at a time. Cook for 1-2 min each side, or until browned on both sides. Remove from pan; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter, bread and egg mixture.
    Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve with blueberries.
