Pavlova Royale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None egg whites, at room temperature
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 tbsp cornstarch, sifted
    2 tsp white vinegar
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream, whipped
    1 lb small strawberries, quartered
    3 None kiwis, peeled, halved, sliced
    3.5 oz raspberries
    3.5 oz blueberries
    3 None passion fruit
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Draw an 8 inch circle on paper then flip over so markings are on the bottom.
    Whip egg whites until foamy. Add sugar, cornstarch and vinegar then whip for 8-10 mins, until stiff and glossy. Spread 1/4 of meringue inside circle on prepared tray to form a disc. Using a large spoon, drop heaped tablespoons of remaining meringue around edge of circle to form a shell, shaping into peaks. Bake for 1 hour, or until meringue feels firm and dry to touch. Turn off oven. Let meringue cool completely in oven.
    Place meringue on a large cake stand. Fill with whipped cream and decorate with fruit. Serve.
