Spiced Chicken And Tahini Wraps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None garlic cloves, crushed
    4 tsp lemon juice
    3 tbsp vegetable oil
    None pinch ground cumin
    None pinch ground cloves
    1/2 tsp ground paprika
    9 oz chicken breast filets
    7 oz yogurt
    3 oz tahini paste
    3 oz Romaine lettuce, shredded
    2 None tomatoes, chopped
    4 None tortilla wraps
Preparation
    Mix together half the garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons oil, the cumin, cloves, paprika and a pinch of pepper. Spoon over the chicken in a bowl, mix well and chill for about 1 hour.
    Mix the remaining garlic with the yogurt, remaining lemon juice and tahini paste until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
    Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan. Gently cook the chicken in the oil for about 10 minutes, turning until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a board and cut into fine strips. Combine with the lettuce and tomatoes.
    Heat the wraps for about 30 seconds each to warm through. Spread with the yogurt and pile the chicken mixture down the center. Fold the ends nearest the filling over and roll up the wraps. Serve wrapped in foil or napkins.
