Turkey Schnitzel Sandwiches - cooking recipe

4 None breaded turkey breast schnitzels
8 None thick slices white bread, toasted
4 None lettuce leaves
2 None tomatoes, sliced
1 None large beet, trimmed, peeled, grated
4 oz brie
Preparation

Cook schnitzels following packet instructions.
Place a slice of toast onto 4 serving plates and top each with lettuce, tomato and beets.
Place a hot schnitzel on top with cheese and remaining toast.
