Baked Tacos With Salad - cooking recipe

2 None spring onions, sliced
1 None red chilli, diced
120 g gouda cheese, grated
4 None flour tortillas
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 small onion, finely diced
2 tbsp oil
4 leaves lettuce, torn
100 g cucumber, sliced
2 small tomatoes, sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Mix together the spring onions, red chili and cheese in a bowl. Spread over the tortillas and bake for 3-4 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the salad. Mix together the vinegar and diced onion with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Mix in the oil until fully incorporated and use to dress the lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes. Serve with the baked tacos.
