Grilled Steak With Parsley Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
    2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    4 None boneless sirloin steaks (6-7 oz each), fat trimmed
    1 tbsp olive oil
    None None Sauteed potatoes and green salad, to serve
Preparation
    For the parsley butter, mix butter, parsley and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season to taste and set aside.
    Preheat the grill on medium-high. Brush steaks with oil and season with pepper to taste. Grill 4-5 mins on each side or until cooked to desired doneness. Let stand, loosely covered with foil, 5 mins. Top each steak with parsley butter and serve with potatoes and salad.
