Chicken Sub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    4 None breaded chicken fillets
    1 tsp wasabi
    1/4 cup dijonnaise
    1 None baguette, cut into 4 pieces, halved lengthwise
    4 leaves iceberg lettuce, shredded
    4 None tomatoes, sliced
    1 oz reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 tbsp reduced-fat ranch dressing
Preparation
    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken fillets and cook for 8 mins, until golden on both sides. Let rest for 5 mins. Chop coarsely.
    Meanwhile, whisk together wasabi and dijonnaise. Spread over bread. Fill each sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken and cheese. Season. Drizzle dressing over top and serve.
