Gourmet Burger With Fries - cooking recipe

1 bag (2 lbs) frozen fries
1 tsp oil
2-3 None onions, 1 finely diced, 1-2 cut into fine rings
2 stalks parsley, chopped finely
1 lb ground beef
1 None egg
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 slices bread, soaked in water
1 pinch chili powder
6-8 slices bacon
4 None sesame hamburger buns
6 tbsp ketchup
1 None small romaine lettuce
6 tbsp medium hot mustard
2 None tomatoes, sliced
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Cook the fries for 18-20 mins.
Heat the oil in a pan and saute the diced onions for 1-2 mins, then add the parsley. Remove the pan from the heat.
Mix the beef, egg, tomato puree, bread, diced onions, chilli powder. Knead the mixture well and divide it evenly into 4 flat burgers. Brush the burgers with oil and grill both sides for 4-5 mins.
Cut the slices of bacon in half and fry them in a pan until crisp. Cut the buns in half and toast them. Spread the lower halves with ketchup, followed by the lettuce, half the onion rings, a slice of bacon and a burger. Spread some mustard on each burger and then the remaining bacon, onion rings and tomato slices. Put the upper halves of the buns on top and serve with the french fries.
