Shrimp And Egg Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

100 g mayonnaise
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp horseradish
None None Dash of Tabasco sauce
None None Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 None hardboiled eggs, peeled and each cut into 8 wedges
200 g cooked, peeled prawns
1/4 None cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
30 g fresh dill, little reserved for garnish, remainder finely chopped
200 g lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
2 slices lemon, halved, for garnish
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Season with salt. Mix the eggs, shrimp, cucumber and dill with the dressing.
Arrange the lettuce in 4 cocktail glasses and top with the prawn mixture. Garnish with dill and lemon slices.
