Tandoori Tuna Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None stalks lemon grass, plus extra chopped to garnish
    4 small tuna steaks (about 4 oz each)
    2 tbsp tandoori paste
    2/3 cup yogurt
    1 tsp sugar
    1 1/2 cups mixed long grain and wild rice
    1 None tomato, deseeded and finely diced
    None None fresh lemon balm and lemon wedges, to garnish
Preparation
    Push a lemon grass stalk through each tuna steak and place in a shallow non-metallic dish. Mix together the tandoori paste, yogurt and sugar and spread over the tuna steaks. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 2 hrs.
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Place the marinated tuna steaks on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 mins until just cooked through.
    Meanwhile, cook the rice in a large pan of boiling salted water until just tender. Drain well and stir in the diced tomatoes. Serve the cooked tuna steaks with the rice, garnished with the chopped lemon grass, lemon balm and lemon wedges.
