Frozen Vanilla Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp unflavored gelatin
    1/4 cup honey
    2 cups plain yogurt
    2 None egg whites
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    1 cup quartered strawberries
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over 2 tbsp boiling water in small bowl; stir until gelatin dissolves. Cool 5 mins.
    Combine honey and yogurt in medium bowl; stir in gelatin mixture. Pour into shallow freezer-proof container; cover with foil. Freeze about 2 hours or until just firm.
    Process frozen yogurt mixture with egg whites and vanilla extract until smooth. Return to container; cover. Freeze 3 hours or overnight until firm. Serve with strawberries.
