Asparagus Parmesan Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp butter
1 None onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp plain flour
4 cups chicken stock
12 oz jar asparagus spears, drained and chopped
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1/3 cup grated parmesan
None None Croutons, to serve
Preparation

Heat butter in a large saucepan. Saute onion and garlic for 30 seconds. Mix in flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Add stock and asparagus. Bring to boil. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Puree with a hand mixer. Serve topped with parsley, cheese and croutons.
