Mixed Bean Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    2 tsp smoked paprika
    1 (13.5 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (13.5 oz) can lima beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (13.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
    2.5 oz char-grilled peppers, diced
    2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
    4 thick slices whole grain bread, toasted
Preparation
    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add onion and paprika and cook for 3-5 mins, stirring, until onion is soft. Add beans, tomatoes and peppers. Reduce heat to low and cook for 8-10 mins, until sauce thickens. Add parsley and oregano. Season to taste and serve on slices of warm toast.
