Turkey Brioche Toasties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices brioche loaf
7 tbsp butter, softened
1/4 cup cranberry sauce, plus additional, to serve
14 oz thinly sliced cooked turkey
7 oz Camembert cheese, sliced
Preparation

Preheat sandwich press.
Spread one side of brioche slices with butter. Spread unbuttered sides of half the bread with cranberry sauce. Top with turkey and cheese. Place remaining brioche slices on top, buttered side up.
Toast in sandwich press 2-3 mins, until golden and melted. Serve with additional cranberry sauce.
