Smoked Pork Roast With Spicy Cherry Glaze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp nutmeg
3 1/3 lb smoked ham
2 tbsp mustard
3 None onions, peeled and diced
2 1/2 cups vegetable stock
1/3 cup cherry jam
2 tbsp pickled green peppercorns
None None mashed potatoes and broccoli, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Mix paprika and nutmeg with salt and pepper then rub over ham. Place in a roasting pan and brush with mustard. Scatter onions around and add stock. Roast for 45-50 mins.
Mix jam and pickled peppercorns then brush over ham and roast for another 20-25 mins, until cooked through. Remove from oven and slice. Serve with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
