Savory Cream Cream And Taramasalata Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3.5 oz saltines, crushed
    3 tbsp butter, softened
    1 tbsp powdered gelatin
    3 tbsp heavy cream
    14 oz cream cheese
    1/3 cup walnuts, toasted, finely chopped
    1/2 bunch fresh chives, chopped, a little reserved for garnish
    5 oz taramasalata
    1 bunch radishes
Preparation
    Grease 4 - 3 inch tall cake rings. Place in the center of 4 serving plates.
    Combine crushed saltines and butter. Press into base of rings. Chill.
    Bloom gelatin in 2-3 tbsp cold water. Combine with heavy cream then gently heat until gelatin melts. Mix with cream cheese. Add walnuts and chives. Season. Spoon 1/2 into rings then chill for 20 mins. Spread a layer of taramasalata on top then cover with remaining cream cheese. Smooth top, cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours.
    When ready to serve, remove rings. Arrange sliced radishes on top. Garnish with remaining chives. Serve.
