New York Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz graham crackers, crushed
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 lb cream cheese, at room temperature
    2/3 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 None lemon, juiced and zested
    2 None large eggs
    None None whipped cream, to serve
    None None fresh berries, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0F. Lightly grease an 8 inch springform cake pan. Line base with foil. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press firmly into base of prepared pan and chill for 30 mins.
    Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, until combined. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 50-60 mins, until just set (still slightly jiggly in the center). Turn off oven and let cake cool in oven with door ajar until cooled completely. Chill overnight.
    Serve in wedges with whipped cream and berries.
