Curried Rice Timbale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz instant basmati rice
    2.5 oz mixed frozen vegetables
    2 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
    8.5 oz canned tuna in spring water, drained, flaked
    None None Thai red curry paste, to taste
    None None mixed greens, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease 6 - 8.5oz ramekins. Place on a baking tray.
    Combine rice, vegetables, cheese, tuna and curry paste. Distribute between prepared ramekins, press mixture down lightly and bake for 20-25 mins, or until golden. Let cool in ramekins for 10 mins then turn out onto serving plates. Serve with salad.
