Avocado And Crayfish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None red chili, deseeded and finely chopped
    None None Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon, plus lemon wedges to serve
    4 tbsp chopped dill
    1/4 lb (4 oz) cooked crayfish tails
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 None ripe hass avocados, halved and pitted
Preparation
    Mix the chili, lemon, dill and oil with the crayfish tails. Slice inside the avocado, using the picture as guide. Divide the avocado and crayfish between 4 plates then serve with lemon wedges.
