Chocolate Lava Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 None eggs
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1 3/4 cups self-rising flour
    2 tsp coffee powder
    2 tbsp milk
    3.5 oz chocolate, melted
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    None None ice cream, to serve
    None None hot fudge, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease 6 - 8 oz ramekins. Cream butter and sugar then add eggs, 1 at a time. Add vanilla. Sift together flour and coffee powder then fold in, alternating with milk. Add chocolate then transfer to prepared ramekins.
    Combine 1/2 cup boiling water, brown sugar and cocoa powder then pour over ramekins. Bake for 15-20 mins. Unmold and serve with ice cream and hot fudge.
