Chinese Water Spinach With Crispy Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 oz Chinese water spinach
    2 stalks celery, trimmed, thinly sliced
    9 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    6 None spring onions, thinly sliced
    3.5 oz crispy fried noodles
    1/4 cup pecans, toasted, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup peanut oil
    2 tbsp white vinegar
    2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp sesame oil
Preparation
    Boil, steam or microwave spinach until just wilted. Drain.
    Transfer spinach to a large bowl and combine with celery, tomatoes, onions, noodles and pecans. Whisk together remaining ingredients then pour over salad and toss to combine. Season.
