Lemon, Garlic And Chili Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 tbsp butter, softened
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp finely grated lemon peel
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    2 1/4 lbs baby new potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh chives
Preparation
    For the lemon and chili butter, combine butter, garlic, lemon peel and red pepper flakes in small bowl.
    Boil, steam or microwave potato until tender; drain.
    Combine hot potato, parsley, chives and lemon and chili butter in large bowl.
