Tuna Tabbouleh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup couscous
    1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained and flaked
    1/4 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    3 None tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
    3 None green onions, sliced thinly
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Combine the couscous with 1/4 cup boiling water in a medium heatproof bowl; cover. Let stand for 5 mins or until the water is absorbed.
    Stir in the remaining ingredients.
