Japanese Beef And Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups dashi (Japanese stock)
    3 tsp light soy sauce
    21 oz hot cooked Japanese rice (koshihikari) or short-grain rice
    5 oz lean beef, sliced paper-thin
    2 tsp white sesame seeds, toasted
    2 None green onions, finely chopped
    1 tbsp wasabi paste
Preparation
    Bring dashi and soy sauce to a boil.
    Meanwhile, divide hot rice between serving bowls. Top with beef, sesame seeds and onions. Carefully ladle dashi over top. Serve with wasabi paste.
