Shrimp And Avocado Hand Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz sushi rice
    2 tbsp sushi seasoning
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp wasabi paste, plus extra to serve
    4 sheets nori, cut into squares
    1 None cucumber, seeded, cut into batons
    1 None avocado, peeled, cut into thin strips
    16 None small cooked shrimp, peeled, halved
    None None soy sauce and pickled ginger, to serve
Preparation
    Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Drain. Mix with sushi seasoning, sugar and salt. Set aside to cool completely.
    Spread a little wasabi paste over each piece of nori. Top with a rounded tablespoon of rice. Arrange 1 piece cucumber, avocado and 2 shrimp halves along center of rice. Roll nori around filling to form a cone shape. Serve immediately with soy sauce, extra wasabi and pickled ginger.
