Garden Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 None carrots, peeled, sliced thinly
4 None red onions, peeled, cut into rings
2-3 None red bell peppers, cut into strips
3 None green onions, sliced
1 large head lettuce, cleaned
6 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp medium-hot mustard
6-7 tbsp olive oil
1/2 bunch fresh parsley, leaves chopped
1/4 bunch fresh basil, leaves chopped
Preparation

Combine vegetables in a large serving bowl. Whisk together vinegar, mustard, oil and herbs. Season then drizzle over vegetables and toss to combine. Season.
