Chilled Spicy Tomato Gazpacho With Avocado Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb tomatoes, cored, coarsely chopped
    1 cup tomato juice
    1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
    1/2 tsp dried chili flakes
    1 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp sugar
    1 None avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
    2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    2 tsp vegetable or olive oil
    4 None flour tortillas, grilled, to serve
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, tomato juice, 1 tbsp lime juice, chili flakes, cumin and sugar. Blend until smooth and season. Cover and chill.
    Meanwhile, to make the salsa, combine avocado, cilantro, remaining lime juice and oil. Season.
    To serve, stir soup until combined. Distribute between serving bowls and top with avocado salsa. Serve with tortillas.
