Ground Chicken Lettuce Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup chicken stock
    2 tsp cornstarch
    2 tsp light soy sauce
    1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 1/2 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
    1 1/3 lbs ground chicken
    1/2 cup canned water chestnuts, thinly sliced
    2 None green onions, thinly sliced
    8 None iceberg lettuce leaves
    1/2 cup hoisin sauce, to serve
    3 small red radishes, finely chopped, to serve
    None None Cilantro sprigs, to serve
Preparation
    Combine the stock, cornstarch and sauces in a small bowl.
    Heat a wok or large skillet on high heat. Add the oil and swirl to coat. Add the garlic, ginger and ground chicken. Stir-fry for 5 mins, breaking up any lumps, or until the chicken is well browned.
    Add the water chestnuts and sauce mixture. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins, or until the sauce thickens. Remove from the heat. Add the onions and toss to combine. Season.
    Place the lettuce leaves on plates. Fill with chicken mixture. Drizzle with hoisin sauce. Top with radish and cilantro. Serve immediately.
