Camembert Fondue - cooking recipe

8 oz whole Camembert cheese
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp dry white wine
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
2 sprigs fresh lemon thyme
1 None baguette, sliced thinly
Preparation

Place the cheese on a large piece of foil on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tbsp oil and the wine. Top with garlic and thyme. Wrap foil around cheese and seal to enclose. Cook in a covered barbecue about 20 mins or until center of cheese is soft.
Meanwhile, brush the bread with the remaining oil and toast on the grill, until browned on both sides. Open cheese parcel and serve with toasts.
