Green Bean Salad With Tomatoes And Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb green beans, trimmed
    3 oz frozen lima beans
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 None red chili pepper, deseeded, finely chopped
    1 None lemon, finely zested
    2 None tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
    1 oz flaked almonds, toasted
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
Preparation
    Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add green beans and lima beans. Cook 2-3 mins, until just tender and bright green. Drain well. Transfer to a large bowl and cool.
    For the dressing, combine oil, garlic, chili pepper and zest in a bowl. Pour onto green beans. Season to taste and toss gently. Sprinkle with tomato, almonds and parsley to serve.
