Swordfish With Thai Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
    1/2 cup lime juice
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    2 tsp finely chopped lemongrass
    2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
    1 tsp grated fresh ginger
    4 None swordfish steaks (about 1 1/2 lbs)
    None None Mixed salad leaves and lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients except the fish in a medium bowl.
    Preheat the grill on medium heat. Grill the fish until browned on both sides and cooked to desired doneness.
    Drizzle the dressing over the fish. Serve with mixed salad leaves and lemon wedges.
