Chicken And Lamb Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 lb lamb steaks, cut into cubes
    8 slices bacon, halved
    8-12 None cherry tomatoes
    3-4 sprigs sage
    2/3 lb chicken fillets, cut into cubes
    1 can pineapple rings, 2-3 cut into large rings (keep the juice)
    1-2 sprigs rosemary
    3-4 tbsp oil
    2/3 cup natural yogurt
    1/2 None small onion, peeled and finely diced
    1 clove garlic, peeled and pressed
    2-3 tbsp curry powder
    4-5 tbsp soy sauce
Preparation
    On 4 skewers, alternate pieces of lamb, bacon, tomatoes and sage leaves. On 4 others, alternate chicken pieces, pineapple chunks and bacon. Place some rosemary between the pieces on the kebabs. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the skewers over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning as necessary. Season to taste.
    Mix the yogurt, onion, garlic, curry powder and 1-2 tbsp of pineapple juice. Finely chop the remaining pineapple and stir it into the sauce. Season the sauce with salt and place it in a bowl. Sprinkle it with the remaining pineapple juice and a little curry powder. Pour the soy sauce into a bowl.
    Serve the kebabs and sauces garnished with bay leaves.
