Salmon And Herb Quiche - cooking recipe

3 None eggs
2 None egg whites
1 1/2 cups fat free milk
2/3 cup whole wheat self-rising flour
1 None onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chervil
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 can (15 oz) pink salmon, drained and flaked
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a deep 9-inch round fluted quiche dish.
Whisk the eggs, egg whites, milk, flour, onion, butter, herbs and cheese in large bowl until combined. Add the salmon and mix gently. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
Bake for about 50 mins. Let stand in the dish for 10 mins before serving. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
